At the moment, we only deliver within the territory of Europe. The shipping cost depends on the country to which the order will be transported - deliveries are made to the address. Please see below:

Deliveries are not conducted on Sundays and national holidays (depending on the country to which the delivery will be made).

All orders with delivery outside Bulgaria will be released for delivery every Wednesday.

 

PAYMENT

• Cash on delivery - payment is made upon receipt of the package from the courier.
• Bank transfer - this option is most suitable if you want to send a gift to a loved one. They receive the package for free, and you have made the payment by bank transfer.

1. 1. On the last step of your order, in the "Delivery Method" field, please select the "Bank Transfer" option.
   2. Press the "Order" button.
   3. Your order will be accepted, and the screen will display the bank transfer details.
   4. Make the transfer.

We dispatch the packages only after we have received the amount by bank transfer. We initiate delivery immediately upon receiving the payment.
