How to order a product as a gift without the recipient having a cash-on-delivery payment?

Bank Transfer

This option is most suitable if you want to send a gift to a loved one. They receive the package for free, and you have made the payment via bank transfer.

 

How does it work?

  1. In the last step of your order, in the "Delivery Method" field, please select the "Bank Transfer" option.
  2. Click the "Order" button.
  3.  Your order will be accepted, and the bank transfer details will be displayed on your screen.
  4. Proceed with the transfer.

We dispatch the shipments only after receiving the amount via bank transfer. We initiate the delivery as soon as we receive the payment or on the day you specified in the "Comment" field.

At the moment, we only deliver within the territory of Europe. The shipping cost depends on the country to which the order will be transported. Read detailed information about delivery prices here.

How to pay?
  • Cash on Delivery

Payment is made upon delivery. The money is handed directly to the courier.

 

  • Bank Transfer

This option is most suitable if you want to send a gift to a loved one. They receive the package for free, and you have made the payment via bank transfer.

  3. Your order will be accepted, and the screen will display the details for the bank transfer.
  4. Make the transfer.

We dispatch the parcels only after we receive the amount via bank transfer. We initiate the delivery immediately upon receiving the payment or on the day you specified in the "Comment" field

Can I make changes to my order?

After you have placed an order, it is automatically processed by our representative. That's why modifications to the order are not desirable. If corrections are necessary, please contact us no later than 2 hours after submitting the request.

Is there a possibility of color deviation between the product and the image in reality?

The photos presenting the products accurately depict their colors. The online store Shagre is not responsible for the inaccurate reproduction of colors due to individual settings and technical parameters of computer systems used to access the store. A deviation of 1-2 shades in color is permissible due to different batches produced.

Can I replace a purchased product?

If you are dissatisfied with the purchased product, you can replace or return it within a 14-day period, with the only condition being that the purchase is not damaged, unused, with no integrity violations, or external odors.

The costs for returning the delivered goods are at the buyer's expense based on the courier company's tariffs.

Can I return a purchased product?

You can return a purchased product within a 14-day period, with the only condition being that the purchase is not damaged, unused, with no compromised integrity, or unusual odors.

When exercising the right to withdraw, the costs for returning the delivered goods are borne by the buyer according to the announced price tariffs of the courier company's tariffs. 

  • Before returning a product, you have to fill out the return declaration. Please contact us at sales@shagre.com or +359878535205 to send you the required form.

 

After receiving the returned product and inspecting it, you will receive a confirmation email. The purchase value will be refunded via bank transfer within fourteen days.

All costs beyond the purchase value, such as transportation expenses, bank commissions, and others related to the receipt and return of the purchased product, are at your expense
